I'm a patient

Create a chart you own. You'll get a chart ID, a chart unlock code, a user ID, and a one-time enrollment URL — only shown once, so save them.

I'm a caregiver or doctor

Create an account. A patient will grant you access to their chart afterwards by user ID, invite link, or by approving an access request.

I'm setting up an agency

Register a nursing company, home-care agency, or clinic so coordinators can schedule shifts across multiple patients. You'll need a caregiver account first; we'll walk you through both steps.
